Masale guardian daal

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams mix of daal (Arhar, moong, masoor and chana)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1 Bay leaf

  • 1/2 onion slices (fried)

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  • To feel salt

  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • 1 red chili whole

  • Steps:

    Wash daal properly and cook pressure to add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and bay leaf

    Once the daal is gentle, set aside
