Ingredients:

5 Tbsp. Apple cider

2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar

1 Big red onion, thinly sliced

5-6 Fresh red apples (I use Gala) are casted and sliced

3 C. Red seedless grapes, halved

1 kg. A mixture of baby lettuce

Salt and pepper

2 kg. bacon

Steps:

Cook bacon according to the instructions pkg. until crispy. Leave it drained on paper towels and cool.

In a medium sized bowl, mix vinegar, apple cider and 1/2 teaspoon. salt and pepper respectively.

Add the onion and leave it for 5 minutes. Then add wine and apples and leave it for 2 more minutes.

Break bacon into chunky peices. Mix the vinegar and baby green mixture.
